On May 3rd 2013 I won a Creative Circle Award and a Food & Media Award for my HELT Honey packaging design.

My designs for the Danish artisan honey company HELT have been nominated for both a Creative Circle Award and a Food & Media Award (for best food packaging).

Both award shows will take place on May 3rd (doh!)

It's time to say thank you and be grateful for all the fantastic things that happened in 2012.

Especially the wide and warm reception of the studio's Ghosts, Lava People, Orbs and other new ceramic products which really came out & about across the globe this year. More new products are on their way in 2013 and I am excited to see whether people will like them as well.

The high mark of 2012 was the long warm summer in California in company of friends, eating burgers at Universal Studios LA and designing and building a Japanese store in Oakland which hopefully will sign a permanent lease during spring 2013.

The new year in the studio will among other things involve presenting new ceramics, working on an identity for a new bar in Copenhagen, a collaboration project with Danish interior brand luckyboysunday and hopefully a lot of love & burgers.

The collection of Lava People made in collaboration with Danish ceramist Louise Gaarmann is now available in a range of new, contemporary pastel colours.

I spent my summer in California eating burgers, looking at palm trees - and designing a Japanese popup store.

Commissioned by and executed in collaboration with Danish childrens' media expert Anders Morgenthaler, production company Copenhagen Bombay and educational expert Helle Fisker.

The new Umami Mart Store in Oakland, California has opened its doors after 2 months of hard labour.

Thank you to the massive crowd that showed up and partied hard including press, friends and even a real yakuza fight incident... I love the Bay Area, it's so off the hook.

A very skilled photographer will swing by this week to document the store.

I did the identity and visual research for new decadent French bar in Copenhagen L'Etoile.

I've been spending the last three days barred in at Danish ceramist artist Louise Gaarmann's studio working on a range of earthenware pieces for an upcoming exhibition in Copenhagen this autumn.

A new fresh Oline selection of games are in the melting pot.

I'm working with Danish Broadcasting Corp and the web agency No Zebra in creating some new fun adventures for the little bee.

We're experimenting with new technology in order to use one code base for all platforms, making it instantly ready for both laptops, desktops, smartphones and iPad.
